Recognising 3D shapes by touch

 

3D shapes are all around us everyday!

 

Today's learning challenge is to recap the names of 3D shapes and recognise them by using your sense of touch only!

 

Ask an adult or a sibling to place a 3D shape in a cloth bag or under a towel.

Using your hands (no peeping) can you recognise the shape? 

Which shapes are easier to recognise using your sense of touch?
