Dear Wise One's,
I hope you are all well and enjoyed spending some time in the sunshine last week. We are now at the start of second week of what should be our Summer term together and unfortunately our learning is continuing to be remotely using our class page.
I'm sure we are all finding this new way of learning both strange and challenging but I continue to feel extremely proud of you all. I was fortunate to speak to some of you at the end of last week and to hear you talk confidently about what learning you have completed was amazing and helped to keep us connected as a class. I will be contacting more children this week whilst I am in school over the next couple of days!
On our class page there will be several numeracy activities based on shape that you can choose from; you do not need to complete them all. In literacy our focus is on nouns and adjectives linked to spring and then writing a simple patterned poem. Our curriculum area of learning is revisiting the countries that make up the United Kingdom , which we have focused on during both the Autumn and Spring term. If you need any support or resources please let me know. Remember to email once a week!
No-one knows when school will be reopened fully but I sincerely hope it won't be too long! As always remember to keep following the school motto and our class charter. Take care and I will be in touch soon.
Sending love and best wishes
Mrs Dawson and Mrs Johnson
