Monday 30th March and Tuesday 31st March - Continuing on from our geometry work, I have found a really useful resource that should consolidate some of what we covered before school closed, as well as moving on to a little bit more that we didn't get to explore! It includes teaching points, opportunities for you to have a go, as well as giving the answers! For some questions, you'll be able to visualise the translations/reflections. For others, you might want to use your home learning book, or some other paper to draw the quadrants.
The Maths Factor - created by Carol Vorderman
Following the Government’s decision to implement widespread school closures across the UK to minimise the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Maths Factor will be FREE for everyone (usually about £2 per week) to support childrens’ continued learning at home for the duration of the UK Schools closure period. We want to help you and your child as much as we can.
