Warm up - part 2
Can you write numbers 0-8 on some pieces of paper and order them from smallest to largest?
Today we are going to begin looking at numbers 6,7, and 8! Can you show me 6 fingers? 7 fingers? 8 fingers?
Can you collect 10 objects? Can you count out 6 objects? 7 objects? 8 objects?
Using your number cards from the warm up can you match a correct number of objects to the correct numeral?

You can draw the letters in the air, on paper with a pencil, in some flour, in some mud or form them with your play dough if you can!
Can you pick up some small objects up with a peg or your fingers using pincer grip?
Can you draw some zigzags? wavy lines and straight lines? Remember to hold your pencil in-between your finger and thumb (pincer grip)
