Weekly update

Tuesday 10th March 2015

Wow! What a truly fantastic time we have had during our overnight stay at Shugborough! The children were an absolute credit to the school and should feel extremely proud of their achievements and willingness to 'face their fears' during the trip. May I take this opportunity to thank parents for your support with this trip. A successful, inspiring, amazing and fun filled experience for all!

Please take a look at the pictures in our 'Photo Gallery' folder.

Friday 13th March 2015: Comic Relief 'Crazy Hair Day'

Thank you, to both children and parents, for taking part in our 'Crazy Hair Day' for Comic Relief. The children, and staff, looked very crazy and went to so much effort for such a fantastic cause.

Also, a huge congratulations and well done goes to Year 3 for achieving 'Class of The Week' for our successful trip and overnight stay at Shugborough. A much deserved chocolate cake enjoyed by all! :-)

Friday 20th March 2015

A huge thank you to parents for coming in for 'Parent Project' on Thursday this week. The Stone Age houses you have produced with your children are fantastic and extremely creative! You can find them displayed in both the hall and the community room until the end of term.

Thursday 2nd April 2015

Well we have come to the end of the Spring term in Year 3. Where have the two terms gone?! I can't quite believe there is only the summer term to go! The children have come so far and really are blossoming in their learning, day in and day out.

We hope you all have a lovely and restful Easter break and come back to school ready to learn again, keeping in mind our motto of 'Care to Learn and Learn to Care.'
